Creamy Wild Rice Mushroom Stew

1 medium yellow onion diced
3 stalks celery diced
1 cup carrots diced
8 ounces crimini mushrooms sliced
1 cup wild and brown rice mix (Bob’s Crimson Mill)

Instructions:

  1. Put aside for later:
    3 cups lacinato kale coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup complete wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened plant milk

    Then:

    1. Add all elements to the moment pot – use the soup setting – half-hour – and permit to naturally launch.

    2. Take away bay leaves.

    3. In a small saucepan slowly mix and whisk steadily: complete wheat flour and unsweetened plant milk.
